Patient Financial Services Manager: Full-time
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Patient Financial Services Manager to supervise the revenue cycle process as well as our Business Office. The Patient Financial Services Manager is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the overall functions of registration, patient billing, receipting, patient accounts file maintenance, and credit and collection of patient bills. The Patient Financial Services Manager establishes annual department goals and provides overall direction regarding department priorities and standards.
Director of Pharmacy: Full-time
We are searching for a full-time Director for our Pharmacy, serving our hospital. Our ideal candidate would be interested in managing the clinical aspects of the Pharmacy, as well as serving our patients on a daily basis.
Our Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the planning, coordinating and implementing of professional and pharmaceutical services accepted as an ethical and professional practice to the hospital, which meet all State, Federal and The Joint Commission requirements, and the needs of the medical staff and patients.
Staff Physical Therapist: Full-time
We are searching for a full-time Staff Physical Therapist. Our ideal candidate would be interested in outpatient orthopedics, occupational health, and sports medicine in a friendly hometown atmosphere.
The Staff Physical Therapist provides full patient treatment in the Rehabilitation Department for outpatients and inpatients, per physician orders, while observing and evaluating treatment effects, and maintaining medical records of patient treatment courses.
Rehabilitation Aide: Part-time
The Rehabilitation Aide works under the direction of the therapist. Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required. The successful candidate would have excellent customer service skills, moderate computer skills, flexibility, adaptability, multitasking, able to handle a fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities. Exercise experience and instruction preferred, able to take blood pressure with stethoscope and cuff.
Surgical Technologist .9 FTE: Full-time Surgical Tech, days with on-call. Must have completed an approved ORT course as well as be certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
EMT: IVT or Advanced EMT in WI, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7a
Certified Nursing Assistant-Long-term Care .9 FTE: Days/PMs with every other weekend
Certified Nursing Assistant-Hospital and Long-term Care .9 FTE: Mix of 12 hour and 7 hour shifts, including weekend and holiday rotation.
Dietary Aide: Reserve position
